01The practice

Evidence, notassurances.

Land surveying is a profession where small errors compound quietly. A beacon half a metre out is invisible on the day and expensive a decade later. We built this practice around removing that risk.

03Aerial capture

Ground truth,
from 120 metres up.

Ground-controlled UAV flights turn a week of walking into an afternoon of flying — and produce an orthomosaic every stakeholder can read without a survey background.

05How we work

The same four steps,every time.

Nothing here is improvised. The order exists because doing it any other way is how errors get built into a file.

01

Brief & site recon

We walk the ground with you, confirm the extent, check existing records at the registry and tell you plainly what the job needs.

02

Control & field capture

Control is observed and adjusted first. Only then does detail capture begin — GNSS, total station or UAV depending on the terrain.

03

Computation & drafting

Observations are reduced, checked against independent closures and drafted into the plan set your approval pathway requires.

04

Checking & lodgement

A second surveyor checks every plan before it leaves the office. We then lodge it and follow it through the approval queue.

06Questions

Beforeyou call.

01How long does a cadastral survey take?

Field work on a typical urban plot takes a day. The determining factor is almost always the approval queue at the lands office, not the survey itself — we will give you a realistic timeline at the briefing stage.

02Do you work outside Katavi Region?

Yes. Mpanda is our base, but we mobilise across the western regions and beyond for corridor, estate and UAV projects.

03What do I need to provide before you start?

Any existing title documents, prior survey plans, sale agreements or sketch plans you hold. If nothing exists, we start with a records search.

04Can you handle a boundary dispute?

We can re-establish boundaries from record evidence and produce a technical report on the findings. Where a matter is in dispute, that report is prepared to be defensible.

05Do you supply drawings in CAD format?

Yes — layered DWG or DXF as standard, alongside PDF plan sets. GIS deliverables are supplied as shapefiles or geopackage.

Tell us about the groundyou need measured.

Send the plot details, the district and what the survey is for. You get a scope, a timeline and a fixed quote — not an estimate that moves later.
